To hold your hand for 28 days, guiding you with beginner exercises to build your confidence to move your body safely, so you have the basic principals to key movement patterns to build on.

You will realise how capable you are and that its never to late to pick up a weight.

The Positive Strength Series is an affordable way to work with me where I’ll empower you to tackle your health a different way! The female way.

Over the course of the 28 Days, and if you follow the daily movement challenges you will gradually build a solid bodyweight workout which you can easily add weights to when you are ready.

After 28 days with me you should start to feel:
