After a long chat, where I fully delve into your lifestyle, I identify any barriers that may get in your way, talk about how we can overcome them, have fun with a few fitness tests and explore your individual goals.
From this I design your unique plan which is aligned to your longer-term goals, the only barrier to success at this point is yourself.
In training sessions I blend traditional strength-based techniques to increase muscle, with sculpting moves to create shape, then combine Pilates focused core and stretching moves for balance, all focusing on your goals.
You really will sculpt your body whilst becoming the most energised, confident version of yourself, having built a sustainable lifestyle that is fully in tune with your needs and cycles.
