April 19th @ 1.30pm WORKSHOP: Prime your Mind
Helps move you from feeling STUCK to overcoming barriers & mindset blocks. Reduce the mental abuse you give to your body and show her some appreciation.
You’ll have practical steps to take to move forward & TAKE ACTION and leave with a CLEAR HEALTH VISION.
April 26th @ 1.30pm WORKSHOP: The Female Rhythm
Helps you understand the way your FEMALE body works, the cyclical rhythm and how it impacts your nutrition and exercise.
You will learn how to become a scientist to understand your unique CYCLE & work with it when it comes your health, lifestyle & exercise.

It costs £22.20 for an individual workshop or you can buy both workshops as a bundle for £40 and receive a 20 minute coaching call with me to dive deep into your biggest obstacles when it comes to your health, so we can set you up for success.
